This is the "green" version of the famous usn watch cap. Issued by the USAAF the A-4 cap was mostly used by the ground crew, specially among the mechanics, who appreciate it the wool fabric to keep the head warm.

Made from a « OD » green wool material. In overall very good condition and only has a few snags to the material.
We can still see the tag inside with all the specification of the era.
